Let me help you understand what SEO is and how it is already helping your competition

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a practice of optimizing a website to perform better on search engines. This optimization starts within the code of your very own site. It continues their with off page SEO, and eventually higher rankings on the top search engines.

Most sites done by designers are created in such a way that it is appealing to the human eye, but looks like a mess to Google and other search engines like Bing. I go in and edit your site to be search engine friendly.

When done with your website, I begin with off page SEO or local SEO. This is where I place links on outside sources that is relevant to your site and business.

On Page SEO

When creating a website, I think of search engines. I know that Google, Bing, and other search engines will be driving new customers to you. That is why I make sure that my sites are search engine friendly without sacrificing design and usability. Many web designers fail to think about search engines and the crawlers they deploy. I can edit existing sites to perform better and drive your bottom line up.

>Research and Keyword Analysis

This is the first step and the most important one. I need to know what your target audience is searching for and how competitive your business niche is. I use tools supplied by Google and other keyword tools to come up with the best possible keywords to use. If doing off-page SEO, I research what is working best for the top keywords to plan off-page SEO campaign.

>Keyword Placement

Every good keyword deserves a good home, as does every good home deserve a good keyword. When done researching keywords, I pick the best ones suited for your business. These ones are the search phrases that your target audience is searching for. I place these keywords in a strategic manner. Many designers overlook the available options and guidelines for keyword placement, and don’t do the research anyways. Some of the places that often get missed are: Page Title, Meta-Description, URL Path, Page Headers, and Paragraph Content.

>Coding for SEO

Just because your website looks good, doesn’t mean it isn’t swarming with bugs that would confuse a search engine spider. These spiders are computer programs that search your website, and report their findings back to Google and Bing. Google and Bing use the research to determine where you are ranked. I improve your chances of being ranked higher by debugging your site to become compliant with the W3C as well as SEO guidlines.

Off Page SEO

Off page SEO is more of an art than a science. I follow the guidelines, and often see increases. However, I do not control Google. I know what works for me and others. I like to take this skillset and apply it towards your business.

>Link Building

If reading this, you might have already heard about link building. If not, it is where I develop a network of links pointing back towards your site. This popularity will help increase your chances within the page rank system. There is a right way(white hat) and a wrong way(black hat) to do this. I follow standards Google sets forth even if that means longer turn around time.

Some other SEO firms will blast out a lot of links that no body will ever see, and most won’t even stick. This works at first, but the moment Google smells this they will sandbox or blacklist your site. Don’t jeapordize your business with these black hat techniques, and let me perform global and local SEO for you!
